What's in your water?

Water companies test the grid, WaterGraph tests at your tap.

Fix issues that affect your family, skin, hair, gut, and longevity. An independent service with no commission from filter companies.

Bringing water health
into your life

We come from water. We’re made of water. And we consume it every day. Yet, we know so little about what comes out of our taps, and how it affects our health and wellness.

Washing vegetables at the kitchen sink with a child watching

We offer the truth so that you know confidently about what’s coming out of your tap, and how you can change it to make it better for your family, hair, skin, gut, and longevity.

Giving you independent verification for what’s good for you, by filling up two bottles and posting them back to us.

Our customers

Know what your children are drinking

We check what matters most to them – lead from old pipes, bacteria, nitrates, too much copper or iron – and tell you plainly if anything needs fixing, and how to fix it.

David, 38 years old, London

“I’d never thought about it until now… they’re always drinking from the kitchen tap, and before you guys I had no idea what was coming out of it… especially for the baby’s bottle.”

Water working for your body

Sarah, 29 years old, London

“Before I got the right filter, the only relief for my skin and hair was going to another country! Never knew that knowing what was in the water could help me make the right decision to get my confidence back.”

Lead
Bacteria
Nitrate
Chlorine
Copper
Iron
Fluoride
pH
Alkalinity
Hardness

What standard is our testing?

WaterGraph is not a UKAS-accredited lab. Our standard of testing is comparable to a home pregnancy test – an accurate and reliable indicator, to help its user make informed wellness decisions.

We regularly perform control tests to ensure that our accuracy remains high. Our processes have been built with researchers at Imperial College.

How we recommend solutions and calculate the Water Health Score

The foundation of our company is to provide you with the truth. This is why we don’t take commission from filter companies when we give you recommendations.

These recommendations are based on your test results, personal wellness goals, the proven efficacy of available solutions (free and paid), customer service ratings of paid solutions, cost, and effort.

FAQs

How does testing work?

Order your kit and it arrives in one working day. Fill two bottles from your tap (about five minutes), post them back in the prepaid envelope, and your Water Health Score and Care Plan are ready 24 hours after your sample arrives at our lab.

What do you test for?

10 parameters chosen for water wellness and health: lead, bacteria, nitrate, chlorine, copper, iron, fluoride, pH, alkalinity and hardness.

Do you test for PFAS, bisphenols, microplastics, hormones, or forever chemicals?

Not in the current 10-parameter panel – we focus on the indicators with the strongest evidence for UK tap water. Expanded panels are on our roadmap, and Members hear first.

How long do my results take?

24 hours after your sample arrives at our lab – typically two to three days door to door.

What do I get for £59?

The home test kit with postage both ways, analysis of 10 parameters, your Water Health Score, a personal Care Plan, premium customer support, and WaterGraph Membership – which makes every future test £29.

Do you serve the whole of the UK?

Yes – everything happens by post, UK-wide.

How do I collect my water sample?

Fill the two bottles from your kitchen tap following the instructions in the box. It takes about five minutes.

How does your testing work, and what standard is it?

Our standard of testing is comparable to a home pregnancy test – an accurate and reliable indicator to help you make informed wellness decisions. We regularly run control tests to keep accuracy high, and our processes were built with researchers at Imperial College.

What if I already have a filter?

Then you’re our favourite kind of customer – the test tells you whether it’s actually working. Many members test filtered and unfiltered water to compare.

Can I test multiple taps to compare the results?

Yes – each tap needs its own kit, and comparing kitchen vs bathroom or filtered vs unfiltered is one of the most useful things you can do. As a Member, additional tests are £29.

Will my report tell me how to fix any issues?

Yes. Your Care Plan says what each issue is, exactly how to fix it, and what not to waste money on.

Do you take commission from filter companies or sell your own filters?

No and no. Recommendations come from your readings, your goals, and the proven efficacy of solutions – nothing else. That independence is the whole point.

What does it mean to be a WaterGraph Member?

Membership comes with your first kit: every additional test is £29 instead of £59, you get premium customer support, and first access to new features as they roll out.

What is my Water Health Score used for?

It turns 10 readings into one 0–100 number you can track, compare, and improve – the headline for your home’s water, and the baseline for measuring any fix you make.

What is my Care Plan?

A plain-English action list built from your results and your goals: what’s fine, what needs attention, and the exact next step for each – free actions first.

What if I’m a renter?

Most fixes are tap-level – jugs, fittings, filters – no landlord required. And if something bigger turns up, your report is solid ground for that conversation.
